• Mechanical springs naturally wear, fatigue, or jam with time and normal moisture exposure.

• Fine ball, beaded and delicate thin chains require gentle, careful handling.
• Avoid pulling, snagging, twisting or catching the chain on rough fabrics, socks, or stockings.
• Remove before sleeping, showering, exercising or changing clothes.
• Open handcrafted S-Clasps by gently twisting sideways (laterally) only. Never pull clasps open vertically/upwards.
• Do not use pliers or metal tools to adjust the clasp or chain links.
• Damage caused by accidental pulling, garment snagging, vertical twisting, improper handling or tool/plier use is strictly classified as user mishandling rather than a manufacturing defect.
