Because this is a custom-made product, the shape, proportions and exact color placement of each pendant will depend on the logo provided or approved design.
Computer and phone screens can display colors differently, and available 3D printing filament colors may not be an exact Pantone/color-code match. We will match your team colors as closely as reasonably possible.

AFTER YOU ORDER
Please send your logo and any necessary design information through eBay Messages after checkout. We may contact you through eBay Messages if we need clarification before beginning your design.
DESIGN PROOF & YOUR APPROVAL
Before we begin 3D printing your hype chain, we will send you an image of the finished design through eBay Messages for your approval.
Please review the design carefully, including the logo, spelling, colors and overall layout.
We will not begin 3D printing until you approve the design.
If you request reasonable changes, we'll make the adjustments and send you an updated proof for approval.
Once you approve the final design, we will begin 3D printing your custom hype chain.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS — IDENTICAL CHAINS ONLY
Volume discounts apply when purchasing multiple identical copies of the same hype chain design.
For example, if you order 4 chains using the same logo, same colors, same size and same exact design, the volume discount applies.
Volume discounts do not apply to individually customized versions of the design. Different player names, numbers, colors, logos, wording, layouts or other individual changes are considered separate custom designs and require additional design/setup work.
If you need multiple chains with individual personalization, please contact us through eBay Messages so we can discuss your order.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
Every hype chain is custom designed and made to order. Because these are individually designed and 3D printed, production time can vary depending on the size of your pendant, quantity ordered and our current print schedule.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production. Most individual orders may be completed sooner.
Before printing, we will send you an image of your finished design through eBay Messages for approval. We will not begin 3D printing until you approve your design.
Please watch your eBay Messages after ordering. Delays in sending your logo, providing requested information or approving your design may delay completion and shipment of your order.
LARGE / TEAM ORDERS
Orders containing multiple hype chains may require additional production time. Each pendant is individually 3D printed, and larger sizes require considerably more printing time.
For orders of 5 or more hype chains, please contact us through eBay Messages before purchasing so we can confirm our current production schedule and estimated completion time.
NEED IT BY A CERTAIN DATE?
If you need your order for a specific game, tournament, championship, banquet, birthday or other event, please message us before ordering with the date you need it. We will let you know whether we can reasonably meet your deadline.
Shipping/transit time is separate from production time. Once your custom order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping service shown in the listing.
