However, the remote will not work in between walls and other obstacles. With a 24-hour timer that can be set on or off, slide-out washable filter, and auto water evaporation, the benefits of this room air conditioner, portable ac 14000 btu, and portable air conditioner 14000 speak for themselves. Enjoy the sleep mode function, where the decided air conditioning temperature will increase by 1°F/1°C the first 60 minutes— then another 1°F/1°C for the following 60 minutes—and eventually remain at the selected temperature for 6 hours before shutting off automatically.
