The remote control can be used within 22 feet of contact, but will not function between walls and other obstacles. With a 24-hour timer that can be set to turn on and off, a slide-out washable filter, and auto water evaporation, the benefits of this ac unit 10000 btu and room air conditioner speak for themselves. Enjoy the sleep mode function, where the decided air conditioning temperature will increase by 1°F/1°C the first 60 minutes— then another 1°F/1°C for the following 60 minutes—and eventually remain at the selected temperature for 6 hours before shutting off automatically. When it comes to portable air conditioners, this one can't be beat. Included is a top mounted control panel with LED display and an easy-to-install window kit so you can place your indoor air conditioner and room cooler air conditioner anywhere.
