Care

Plants can suffer during shipping and go through a "melting" phase. Leaves may turn yellowish and roots fall off. Don't worry, this is normal. Plants will have spent days inside a box with no water and light. Upon arrival, put them in an area of your tank that has little to no flow (so tops of leaves are not constantly wet) and provide bright aquarium light. After an adjustment period, they will grow and multiply!

Everyone's tank condition is different and depending on whether you care for plants properly, they may or may not thrive. I can not guarantee how these plants will grow in your tank. Please research on Google or Youtube & learn how to properly care for them. 

Reporting DOA

-If you receive really damaged plants, please message me within 6 hours of the 1st delivery attempt and send clear pictures of the plants in their unopened packaging. 

- Guarantee is void if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect addresses, locked gates preventing delivery or return of package, etc. 

Tank raised

All my plants are home grown indoors in my fish tanks. These adapt much better to your aquarium compared to plants farmed outdoors and/or emerged by most sellers. The pictures shown are plants in my actual fish tanks.

Shipping

- Plants are carefully pack inside a plastic bag or container, wrapped with a wet paper towel to ensure humidity.

- I ship orders on MONDAYS only. After shipping thousands of orders, I've found this schedule to be the best days to ship. Packages spend the least amount of time in transit and arrive sooner than other days.

- Each purchase is provided with a tracking #, please follow the route of your package and pick up your plants promptly after the delivery. You can sign up for text alerts for your tracking # on USPS website.
