With all our wheels, since we build all wheels in house to ensure the quality of every wheel, it will take around 5-7 business days to build and ship. Shipping time may vary based on delivery location, size of package and any unforseen circumstances. If there is a issue with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.
Additional shipping costs and delivery time may be necessary for items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or VATs and they are not included in our total price.
Any item may be returned for full credit within 30 days of your purchase. Item must not be used, mounted, or damaged and in sale-able condition. All returns must include all original parts and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation.
Mototeks is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. All shipping costs to return item will be paid by the buyer.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Before returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so we can process the return. Also, provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date.
