The Noir Dutch Ovens are cast with high-quality aluminum and coated with a Whitford Fusion Ti ceramic interior. The sturdy side handles come with silicone grips that can be easily removed and replaced with one of 6 color options - red, butternut orange, mint green, sky blue, royal blue, and purple. The flat lids are made of tempered glass and are convenient to store in any kitchen space. The Dutch Ovens are also compatible with all cooking surfaces including induction. Tough Ceramic Meant to Last The Whitford Fusion Ti interior coating that is BPA, PTFE, and PFOA Free, but what sets it apart from the rest is the titanium-based particles of the ceramic that offer better durability and resistance to abrasion. It is in compliance with food contact regulations which guarantee these pieces offer a healthful cooking surface. Lighter than Cast Iron, Just as Good Cast aluminum is one of the best conductors of heat you can find. It offers a lightweight alternative to cast iron with superior heat distribution and retention for better cooking. It lasts longer than several other cookware alternatives and is lower maintenance.
