Cancel / Change Shipping Address
We have 1 business day handling time (M-F). To change your address, submit a cancellation request and place a new order. Orders can only be canceled before a tracking number is assigned.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders ship Monday–Friday each morning.
Place orders by Friday 8 AM PST for shipment before the weekend.

How Do I Get A Refund/Open a Return?
Open a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are approved within 1 business day, and a label is provided.
Items must be returned in original condition (no damage or misuse).Once item is delivered back to us we initiate the FULL REFUND back.

Defective Items
Message us first—we may resolve the issue with troubleshooting.
If needed, we offer a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund within 30 days.
After 30 days, warranty claims must go through Allstate.

Troubleshooting & Support (Please Read Before Returning)

Most common issues can be resolved quickly with a reset and proper pairing. If you experience any problems, please try the steps below:

🔄 Syncing Issues (Only one earbud works / shows as two devices):

• Place both earbuds in the case and charge for 60 minutes
• Remove both and press/hold both buttons for 10 seconds
• Place back in case, then remove together
• Forget all Bluetooth connections and reconnect (select ONE device)

🔋 Charging Issues (One side not charging / not turning on / battery low message):

• Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case
• Ensure earbuds are seated properly (look for charging light)
• Charge case + earbuds 60–90 minutes using a wall adapter
• Try a different charging cable if needed

🔊 Sound Issues (Low volume / static / one side quiet):

• Clean speaker mesh gently
• Check device audio balance settings
• Reset earbuds and reconnect
• Test on another device

🔌 Connection Issues (Cutting out / won’t connect):

• Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices
• Reset earbuds (hold 10 seconds)
• Forget and reconnect

⚠️ Important Notes:

• These are refurbished electronics; minor issues can occur but are usually fixable
• If earbuds say “battery low” shortly after charging, this may indicate a charging/contact issue or battery defect

All orders ship from San Diego, California within 1 business day. Most customers receive their orders within 2–7 business days depending on location. Tracking is provided on all order M-F

We are not responsible for any packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. You will need to follow up with USPS regarding “missing package.” We recommend you follow you tracking number details to ensure you get your package as soon as its delivered.

Freight Forwarding Notice

If you are using a freight forwarder, please be aware that in the event of a defect, the item must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement or full refund. We are unable to issue refunds or send replacements without the item being returned.
