#1 FAQ: What if one earbud doesn't work or should you lose one of the earbuds? You will need to use Samsung Gear Wearable application to pair your earbuds via Bluetooth to explore all of its features. Some features may have been turned off so you cannot hear or use touch controls. You can also buy a replacement and couple the old and new earbuds together if you should lost one of the earbuds.
#2 FAQ: How to couple the two earbuds? To couple them, we have included instructions. Our earbuds have been tested to pair with one or more than one different earbuds so we guaranteed it worked 100% and sync with Galaxy Buds app in iPhone or Samsung phone. It can not pair with NONE Samsung products.
