Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Hang or line dry, since heat is what shrinks linen. Linen creases by nature and these will too, which is the look people buy linen for. High heat will shrink the body and shorten the sleeves. Warm iron while slightly damp, or hang it in a steamy bathroom and let the creases drop out.
