Magnetic Ni-NTA Agarose Resin for IMAC Purification Magnetic Nickel Resin

Nickel-NTA (Ni-NTA) Agarose Beads are affinity chromatography resins for the purification of poly-his-tagged recombinant proteins under native or denaturing conditions. The resin consists of the chelating nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) groups immobilized on agarose beads. This is the Magnetic version of our His-Pure Ni-NTA Agarose Resin with paramagnetic particles entrapped inside the agarose beads. Since the NTA-Ni is immobilized on the agarose matrix, this resin offers the same low background and clean purification as the regular His-Pure agarose resin.
