• Is the cover machine washable?

  The covers for the armrests pillow and backrest are removable and machine washable. The seat cushions feature a dual-layer design, and their covers are not easily to be removed. We recommend spot cleaning with appropriate cleaning tools.

• How deep is the seat cushion?

  Our cloud loveseat has a 27-inch deep seat, which provides ample room for lounging comfortably.

• What is the overall width of the sofa? What is the seating width between the two armrests?

  The overall width of the sofa is 50 inches. However, the inner seating width, excluding the left and right armrests, is 44 inches. Please note that the 50-inch measurement refers to the total external width, not the seating area width.

• Does it require professional assembly?

  No professional assembly is required. You can easily set up the sofa by yourself in about 30 minutes, which saves you a significant amount on installation costs.

• Who is the carrier for the sofa? How many boxes are included in total? Are they able to deliver the sofa upstairs?

  Shipping is handled by FedEx. The product is packaged in one consolidated box. FedEx provides standard threshold delivery (to the first-floor entrance or building lobby). Delivery to upper floors (2nd floor and above) is not available at this time.
