Wholesale Lots of beautiful JUMBO Moroccan White Quartz Geodes. This listing is for unbroken "Break Your Own" Crystal
Geodes. The process of breaking these pieces is not only extremely fun and
satisfying, it also yields some truly unique crystals. A great activity to do
with friends and family leaving everyone with a lasting experience. These are
stunning specimens for a CRAZY cheap wholesale price. Each Geode will range
about 2 - 4" +/- with some variance. Each geode is unique, some will be
almost hollow and very easy to break, whilst others very dense filled mostly
with quartz. We do not know what each will Geode will look like inside, Its
truly a mystery until you break them open.
Choose the size of your order in lbs (sold by weight, piece count is a guide
only and not guaranteed):
2 lb: 3 - 4 Geodes
5 lb: 7 - 10 Geodes
10 lb: 14 - 20 Geodes
How to break them effectively:
We have several recommendations in order to maximize the beauty, shape and size
of each specimen without blowing them into a million pieces. First you will
need a small hammer and/or chisel (we personally find just the hammer works
best). Wrap one piece at a time in a cloth and slowly tap them with the hammer.
Start at a low power tap and slowly increase the force until they crack. Some
pieces require very little effort to break while others require a fair amount
of force. Starting slow at first ensures you don't obliterate the more fragile
specimens. Once you've heard them break, unwrap to find what beautiful unique
crystal has been revealed. We also recommend protective glasses for safety
precautions.
Stones shown are for illustration only to demonstrate variation in appearance -
color, shape, size, etc. Stones supplied will be very similar but not
identical. Posted pictures are to provide an idea of the typical mix of sizes,
colors and shapes in a lot of this type. Due to the nature of Moroccan Geodes,
some are solid on the inside rather than hollow.
