The unit combines the functions of a cassette deck with FM, AM, and SW radio capabilities, providing a versatile listening experience. Both cassette player and radio sections have been tested as working with 8 "D" batteries (not included)and included 110V AC cord. Cassette recorder including play, recording from radio as well as from outside source, FF, Rew, stop/eject , and PAUSE buttons are fully functional.Sound is loud, crisp and clear. Both antennas are intact. Battery compartment is clean. No part is is missing or broken, just used marks here and there.
