The soft silicone opening rests against the skin instead of digging in like hard plastic, the leak-lock valve holds liquid inside with no splash-back even if the bottle tips, and the glow-in-the-dark lid lets you find it without switching on a lamp. Holds a full 40 oz / 1200 ml - a whole night without emptying, and the sealed lid keeps odor contained until you do. WHO IT IS FOR Elderly women and seniors, bedridden and wheelchair users, incontinence and limited mobility, post-surgery and postpartum recovery, caregivers at home, in hospital, or in a care facility - and anyone on the road: truck drivers, RV and camper trips, camping, long drives, and any emergency in the car or in traffic. HOW TO USE - please read, this matters 1. Sit up slightly, or lie on your side with knees bent. 2. Press the silicone rim firmly against the body so it seals all the way around. A loose seal is the one thing that causes spills. 3. Keep the bottle level or tilted slightly down, and close the lid before moving it. HOW TO EMPTY AND CLEAN 1. Remove the entire top section - do not just open the lid, the anti-spill flange sits inside the top. 2. Pour out, then rinse with warm water and a drop of dish soap using the long-handle brush.
