The Eppendorf Research Plus Single-Channel Pipettes are the most advanced pipette available from Eppendorf – setting a new standard in pipetting. The pipette has been designed from the ground up to be the lightest and most ergonomic pipette while still maintaining the performance and robustness you have come to expect from Eppendorf. The ultra light Eppendorf Research Plus pipette meets the highest needs in precision and accuracy—combined with ultimate ergonomics and increased flexibility. A spring loaded tip cone, a secondary adjustment option, an improved volume display—and all that in an ultra light, fully autoclavable pipette. The Eppendorf Research Plus Pipettes are made using the most advanced materials and production processes, including the new Eppendorf Perfect Piston system, made of Fortron. Fortron is an organic polymer which is highly resistant to heat, acids and alkalines, mildew, bleaches, aging, sunlight and abrasion. It absorbs only small amounts of solvents and resists dyeing. Achieve optimal tightness with minimal attachment and tip ejection forces with the Eppendorf Research plus. The spring loaded tip cone helps to reduce stress without sacrificing tightness. The positions and shapes of all control buttons and displays have been optimized to ensure stress-free workflow, intuitive usage and one-handed operation. The volume adjustment wheel needs only a few turnarounds from maximum to minimum volume. Volume display shows 4 digits and features a magnifying shape.
