Add controlled low-speed motion to clocks, gauges, rotating displays, feeder gates, vents and compact automation projects with the ELEGOO 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor and ULN2003 Driver Board 5-Set Pack. Each 5 V motor uses a 5-wire, 4-phase unipolar design with nominal 1:64 gear reduction for light-load positioning. Five matched motors and driver boards support classroom experiments, maker prototypes and repeated builds. The ULN2003 driver board provides IN1-IN4 control inputs, a dedicated motor connector and four onboard LEDs that indicate the active coil sequence. The driver switches motor current so the load is not powered directly from a microcontroller I/O pin. For reliable operation, use a regulated 5 V motor supply with sufficient current and connect the controller ground to the driver-supply ground. Verify the motor plug and IN1-IN4 sequence before running code. If the shaft buzzes, vibrates or stalls, reduce the step rate and recheck the power, wiring and coil sequence. De-energize the coils when holding torque is not required to help reduce unnecessary heat. Full-step and half-step control can be used to balance speed, smoothness and resolution. Gearbox ratio, backlash and load can affect the final output position, so calibrate steps per revolution when a dial, pointer or rotating display must return to a repeatable position. These geared steppers are designed for low-speed, light-duty motion and learning projects rather than high-torque or closed-loop positioning systems. Package includes five 28BYJ-48 stepper motors and five ULN2003 driver boards. Controller board, USB cable, external 5 V power supply and mounting hardware are not included.
