​For Iron-On:

​Set your iron to the medium heat setting (Steam turned OFF).

​Position the patch with the adhesive side flat against your clean garment.

​Cover the design with a thin cloth (like a pillowcase or pressing cloth) to protect the embroidery.

​Press the iron firmly straight down for 20–30 seconds without moving it around.

​Turn the item inside out and iron the reverse side of the patch area for another 15 seconds.

​Let the fabric cool completely before wearing.
