About this item

Designed for laboratory and quality-control work, this compact sample holder fixture supports an approximately 20 mm gray rubber stopper flat and centered during manual dimensional inspection with calipers. The set includes two identical 22 x 22 x 10 mm matte-black PLA blocks, each with a centered 4 mm through-hole; one 2.5 mm diameter x 35 mm matte-black PLA rod with a sharp 45-degree conical point on one end and a flat end on the other; and one gray rubber stopper approximately 20 mm in diameter. To use, pass the rod through the first block, stopper, and second block, then slide the blocks inward until the stopper is supported between them. Fine 3D-print layer lines are normal. Suitable for quality control, research, prototyping, inspection, and educational laboratory workflows. Calipers are not included. This holder is not a calibrated measuring instrument and is not sterile. Handle the pointed rod carefully.
