- DOA: If you receive anything but a healthy snail, take 2 or 3 pictures in its unopened sealed bag and get in contact with us within 4 hours of the arrival of the package. We will get back to you after we've successfully examined the picture. If there are issues, we will gladly send you a replacement or we'll refund you if the item is no longer in stock.

Shipped via USPS or UPS - All our snails are packed in heat sealed durable plastic bags. They are packed with enough water to be comfortable and plenty of oxygen that lasts up to 1 week. They are then wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed. Our Shipping days for snails are Monday through Wednesday - orders placed on Wednesday after 7 a.m. (EST) will be shipped next Monday. This is done to avoid your snails getting stuck at a USPS facility over the weekend.
