• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging, including the gift box and any complimentary items.
• Return shipping costs, customs duties and import charges are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
• For your protection, we recommend returning items using a tracked and insured shipping service.
• Custom-made, personalised, resized and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Our standard ring and bracelet sizes are listed on each product page.
• Custom sizing is available upon request and may require additional processing time and charges.
• Customised or resized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom-sized or personalised orders may require an additional 3–4 business days.
• Orders are securely shipped via FedEx, USPS, DHL or other trusted courier services with tracking and insurance.
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
• A signature may be required upon delivery for added security.
